About me
Doing less, BEING more
I’m a registered yoga teacher having completed three certified training programs, specialising in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra, and Yin. I absolutley love sharing this beautiful practice.
Originally from South Africa, I discovered the wonderful world of yoga over a decade ago, and it is now an integral companion to my London life.
Yoga has helped not only my physical body, but also my emotional and spiritual development. There are so many things I could say about why I love yoga, but probably the most important thing is that it has enabled me to get out of my head, into my body and find the stillness within. This has truly transformed my life off the mat.

Nidra
Deeply restorative, this ancient yogic sleep practice or ‘non-sleep deep rest’ has been known to alleviate insomnia and bring about healing at the cellular level - amongst many other benefits. Like savasana x1000.
Thematic
These classes are especially designed around various themes - whether specific parts of the body, elements, ailments, TCM, seasons or moon cycles. If you’re keen to spice things up, this is the place for you.
